Job Description

Senior Qualified Social worker required for South West London Community Drug And Alcohol Team (CDAT). The Service operates in accordance with a tier 3-structured community based drug treatment service under Models of Care. This CDAT also has some elements of tier 2 services as part of the assessment process covers some Tier 2 modalities for a limited/negotiated period which include assessment, harm reduction measures, advice & information. Applicants must have

§Minimum of 1 years post qualification experience.
§Minimum of 1year experience of working with substance misusing clients.
§Community working.
§Skill in assessment, 1x1 intervention and employing structured methods of intervention to change behaviour, within the boundaries appropriate in working with substance misusing clients.
§GSCC registration
§Current clear CRB
