My client, a sovereign backed development company was established primarily to create world-class real estate developments for the nation of Abu Dhabi, whilst providing a stable and profitable investment portfolio for their investors.

Dedicated to achieving new standards of innovation, excellence and value in urban design and sustainable development. Their priority is the immediate and future benefit of Abu Dhabi and its residents.

Due to the new Strata Law coming in to play they seek a highly experienced and client facing Residential Property Manager to aid in the transition between completion to residential community lifestyle at one of the most high profile residential developments in Abu Dhabi. The development is both unique and groundbreaking within the UAE, based on a nature reserve the development consists of 72 luxury homes of varying sizes and designs, still under construction the individual they seek will be tasked with seeing the development through from PC stage to when the residents move in. The role will involve many aspects of property management including: setting fit out budgets, managing communal areas of the development, making sure hand over from developer to resident is smooth etc.

Applicants must be educated to a degree standard, have prior experience within managing large multi use property or large residential developments within a GCC country. Experience of the Strata Law would be an advantage as would the ability to speak Arabic.
