Currently we are looking for high calibre professionals, working as an Assistant Manager in a busy retail catering restaurant/cafe, hotel restaurant or a reputable and busy restaurant. We will also welcome applications from candidates who are strong Supervisors looking for their next career progression. The ideal Assistant Manager will be enthusiastic, have excellent supervisory and leadership skills, good communication, the ability to organise and prioritise their tasks in a very busy environment and fundamentally have passion for what they do - providing first class service to guests and customers in the retail catering industry. You MUST have a strong and stable work history within the industry and showing good leadership skills. We only seek people who genuinely want to work hard and want to be rewarded for their efforts and achievements.

This particular branch is a 24 hour operation based in the busy Stansted Airport. Therefore we need people who are flexible and preferably who live local to Stansted and can drive to work. The shift patterns are based on a working week of 45 basic hours:

-AM shift: From 4.00am/6.00am - 2.00pm/4.00pm
-PM shift: From 12.00pm - 10.00pm
-Night shift: From 8.00pm-6.00am
-Pronto shift: 2.00am-2.00pm
