This International Consultancy are seeing great expansion and with an on going work load. They are actively looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor, to work in Dubai, to work alongside and compliment an existing Quantity Surveying team. You will be working on a variety of projects including Hotels, Leisure, Retail & Commercial Sectors..

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for providing a cost consultancy service for a range of clients, ensuring that cost planning, cost management and change control processes are carried out effectively. Assist in the preparation of tender submissions / fee proposals and attend interviews as required. To regularly report to the team Partner and other Associates on project status.

To apply for the role as a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be chartered, and post contract experience is required, have a wealth of post qualification experience within cost management consultancy, sound knowledge in the commercial sector, to demonstrate a strong track record of offering the full range of Quantity Surveying services to clients on tunnelling, civil engineering and rail projects. You will have first class interpersonal skills and a client facing approach.
