We need two action orientated engineers who aspire to work as part of a dynamic technical team while supporting our energetic and driven sales and marketing teams.
New Zealand's leading contractors rely on our client to help them build their reputations. Working in the business and supporting their customers, their engineers provide product designs and solutions in the roading, water, sewer, civil and infrastructure markets.
If putting on your hard hat, steel cap boots and being on site one day while working in the office on design and developments the next appeals to you, then this is the role you're looking for.
You'll prepare designs for special products with variations such as environmental exposure, geometry, loadings and weight. You'll evaluate feasibility of new product designs for safety, functionality, appearance, cost, specifications, market characteristics and manufacturing methods. You'll need to work to NZ specifications and standards and be responsible for maintaining a library of drawings.

To be successful you'll have:
•CAD drawing skills
•Strong customer / contractor relationships
•The ability to influence
•Experience in the civil / infrastructure environment

If you are CPEng registered or working towards it or you have a diploma in engineering, preferably civil and have what it takes to respond and adapt to the changing needs of our customer then apply now.

A desirable package of between $70k and $90k base depending on experience will be offered to the successful applicant. The package will include vehicle, phone and fantastic opportunities to progress through extensive training and experience.
