An international consultancy is seeking a talented bridge engineer/manager to lead a thirteen strong team, co-ordinating a wide range of activities from hands-on design to supervision and inspection work. Your relationship with long term clients will be critical, allowing you to plan and budget over a broad timescale. You will guide team members through management and technical issues, and lead the way with corporate and service area improvement initiatives.

Interested candidates will possess an industry relevant degree and preferably a professional qualification. You will have proved your credentials as a project manager already and will bring experience of planning and managing multifaceted projects to programme and budget, and ideally technical experience with bridges or County Highway works. Able to see the ‘big picture’ you will be a decision maker; but with the ability to focus on critical details and ensure that a quality product is delivered.
