Reservations Co-ordinator, Cheshire - £15,750 + Live In + Tips
Our client is currently seeking a junior receptionist to join their front of house team in Cheshire. Candidates will preferably have at least 2 years experience in a busy town/city centre hotel, and/or within the Luxury Hotel market. The Reservations Co-ordinator should be able to deal with guests in a polite, hospitable and efficient manner and will be required to operate the Hotel switchboard system as well as using the fax machine and Front Office System system.
As Reservations Co-ordinator, you will be expected to:
•Deputise for the Reservations Manager in his/her absence
•Actively work towards the maximisation of the Hotel's sales and profitability.
•Assist the Reservations Manager with the elaboration of reports
•Maximise rooms revenue as directed by the Reservations Manager and the Front of House Manager.
•Ensure that all reservations are confirmed either by Letter, email or facsimile within 24 hours.
•Assist the Reservations Manager in updating the Website on a regular basis.
•Assist the Reservations Manager with the elaboration of reports

This reservations position would suit a team player with strong communication and people skills with the ability to operate in a highly pressurised and fast-moving environment, within luxurious surroundings.

Tips / Perks / Live in / Bonus

Most positions will also offer tips / tronc / service charge which can add between £1,500 - £4,500 to a basic salary. Most positions offer various perks from , uniforms, Training (either in house or external training leading to qualifications) meals on duty. Live in is also offered with most positions which may be free or subsidised, located either onsite or nearby; Live in can also be valued at between £4000 and £6000. Bonuses will depend upon position and property and can vary from £2000 - £10000!
