Job Description
A growing family business with a fine dining restaurant and high demand 14 bedroom luxury boutique hotel. The young family of 2 brothers and 1 sister also own an award winning seafood restaurant and bakery in one of the local towns, Callander.
We are 8 miles off the main road nestled in between 2 lochs; we are dedicated and enjoy the fruits of our labour.
Special Place needs talented people!
Key Abilities:
- Multi-tasking with work
- Extremely Pleasant Manner
- Able to provide naturally friendly customer experience with professionalism, but still in a non-pretentious way
- Previous receptionist, sales, administrational and/or customer excellence experience preferred
- Knowledge in Office Word, Excel important
- Ability to be involved in liaison and organisation of events/functions including weddings of up to 200 guests
WHAT YOU GET:
NO Bills, that is - free accommodation, staff food, free electricity, free heating, staff cars (if over 25 years old).
Be prepared, we have limited mobile phone coverage, we are off the beaten track slightly (though still 1 hour away from Edinburgh and Glasgow)
We have a rather high end spend at the hotel, so monthly tips are very good. The views and surroundings are spectacular!
