Job Description
A freelance Building Services Manager is required at a busy London mainline rail station on an on-going basis.
You will oversee all PPM's and reactive maintenance works to the station and the associated retail and leisure facilities carried out by the subcontracting companies.
We ask that you be mechanically biased as some of the more difficult aspects of the works are on the pipework and heating.
A client facing approach is needed as you will be directly reporting to client side management.
