Fabulous Luxury Country Hotel Seeks Professional & Experienced Fine Dining Waiter/Waitress!!! Accommodation Available & Immediate Start!!! £12,500+

We are one of England’s most beautiful, established and respected country hotels situated along the Hertfordshire and Essex border. There are 99 luxurious bedrooms within this character property and we have a informal bistro style restaurant as well as our proud 2AA Rosettes fine dining restaurant that serves a Modern British menu.

Despite the economic situation our hotel is growing from strength to strength and our restaurants our getting busier and busier. We therefore are currently seeking to bring to our dedicated team a highly reliable, committed and tremendously experienced fine dining Waiter/Waitress.

The ideal Waiter/Waitress we are looking for must have:

Hotel/Hospitality qualification
At least 2 years of fine dining experience within 4* or 5* hotels, Rosette or Michelin standard restaurants
Stable work history
Excellent communication skills, fluency in English is a must as you will need to be able to communicate effectively to our many guests and also to your colleagues
Pride in personal appearance with a clean, smart and professional look
Reliability, flexibility and a hardworking attitude as working overtime hours will be expected to meet the demands of our guests and business
Passion for the hospitality industry, we want only career minded professional Waiters/Waitresses only!

In return we will offer our Waiter/Waitress:

An excellent starting salary of £12,500+ for a basic 40 hours per week permanent contract
Overtime opportunity for those wanting to work extra hours as overtime worked is paid!!!
Shared staff accommodation is available if you are requiring a live-in position, offered at a special reduced rate of £40 per week all inclusive of bills, food and uniform whilst on duty. This also includes the exclusive use of the hotel’s many facilities. Our offer is highly competitive as compared to some other hotels
