Job Description
My client, a vibrant medieval city based in Norfolk, is looking for an experienced Development Control Planner.
The Development Control Planner will be dealing with a backlog of residential and other planning applications alongside another member of staff.
The successful Development Control Planner will have solid experience of dealing with residential development control applications in a local authority setting.
This is an urgent requirement and the client requires someone able to start within the next 2 weeks.
The indicated rate is £20-22ph LTD however this may be negotiable for an exceptional candidate who is immediately available.
