Job Description
A well respected and prestigious luxury Yacht Design Practice based in London are currently looking for a Senior Designer with a naval architecture and technical background.
This international super yacht design practice, are renowned for offering a complete package in interior and exterior design including naval architecture.
The successful candidate will have gained experience in a similar role and will have a full understanding of all aspects of technical design applicable to the exterior of yachts of all sizes. A sound knowledge and understanding of MCA and SOLAS regulations is also required.
It is essential that you have excellent team leader skills as well as the ability to manage internal design programs, together with the drive necessary to be an important component of a fast developing, dynamic studio. Excellent knowledge of 2D and 3D software programs is a prerequisite, with hand sketching ability a bonus. Vector works preferred but not essential.
