Sub Agent - Civils – Major Highways

The Civil Sub Agent will report to the Agent and Project Manager and will oversee the day to day running of their section of the site. This role requires someone who will be confident enough to deal with issues straight away and act in a timely manor. The Sub Agent will be writing, interpreting and reviewing Work Package Plans (WPP), MS's, RA's and all other required paperwork. The Civil Sub Agent must have excellent communication skills as the position will include liaising with senior management and the client.

Role Description

The Civil Sub Agent will be responsible for the management of civil work sites, including;
•Carriageway Widening
•Road bridges
•Gantries
•Heavy civils infrastructure
•Groundwork's
•Piling and Foundations
•Signage
•Services
•Pavements
•Motorway Street Furniture

Required Experience
•Be able to work in the UK
•HNC or HND in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
•Experience in New Build Motorways, earthworks and RC structures
•UK Highways experience and advantage
•Main Contractor experience preferred
•Other heavy civil engineering background would be considered for the right dedicated candidate.

Benefits Package
£35,000 - £44,000 + car or allowance + 25 days pa Annual Leave + pension depending on experience
