Job Description
A dispute management services company are seeing growth and expansion & are therefore looking to recruit a Claims Manager for their London office, with occasional travel to Paris.
DUTIES:
-you will be responsible for contract admin between main contractor and sub contractor
-contract interpretation and review
-defend incoming claims and prepare outgoing claims
-review / prepare contractual correspondence and support project management in negotiation meetings
-preparation of major construction claims up to arbitrations...
CANDIDATE SPECIFICS:
-candidate must have 5 years+ experience on similar projects
-ideal candidate will be experienced in the Fields of contract management / claim management
-have a professional background in M&E / Civils / QS background & appropriate qualifications
-good understanding of contract law
-German knowledge - advantageous - but not essential!
