Job Description

Qualified Social Worker required to work in Essex where you will be joining the Older Adults Team.

As a Qualified Social Worker, you will manage monitor and review care plans involving service users and carers in liaison with the other workers and agencies as necessary to meet service user's assessed need. Including users of residential accommodation and other purchased placements. You will provide assessment, care management and social work services to users and carers arising out of the Council's duties and powers under legislation, Council and Group Policy.

The Position is to start ASAP and is for 6 months initially. You must be eligible to work in the UK, hold a Social Work Qualification, GSCC registered with a current CRB, driver preferred.
