Job Description
A leading European consultancy is looking to further strengthen it's Water Environment division following signifcant growth in business & staff numbers during 2008. With teams based now in Birmingham, Leeds, Edinburgh & Glasgow numbering 15 staff, this consultancy now needs to make a high level appointment to team lead their Scottish operations. With an order book predominantly led by frameworks with Water Utility companies as opposed to developers, this client is unaffected by economic pressures and downturns.
You will be an experienced Hydrologist with a first degree and Masters in a relevant subject. This role is supporting the National Technical Manager so requires engineers both demonstrable technical skills and also people management experience. Responsible for jointly driving forward the Hydrology business and team leading across 2 offices, you will have worked within a UK consultancy in a similar capability or be looking to move from your current Senior status to Principal level.
