Hotel Receptionist, Leicestershire - £11,500 - £12,500 + Tips + Live In
This fantastic Country House Hotel is currently seeking a receptionist to join their front of house team in Leicestershire. Candidates will preferably have had some reception experience within the Luxury Hotel market. The receptionist should have a pleasant approach, a good telephone manner and be able to multitask and ensure the comfort of guests at all times.
As Receptionist, you will be expected to:
•Attending to guests' needs and all guest enquiries.
•Performing a smooth, friendly and efficient check in and check out.
•Communicating guests' needs and comments between the departments.
•Processing and checking of guests' accounts following specific billing instructions.
•Supporting other receptionists in their individual duties.
This reception position would suit a well-groomed, team player with a ‘can do' approach and ability to keep a calm and friendly attitude, whilst working in the beautiful surroundings of this lovely Hotel.

Tips / Perks / Live in / Bonus
Premier Cru will never mislead candidates with false salary promises and will clearly state minimum salaries that you could expect for the positions advertised. Most positions will also offer tips / tronc / service charge which can add between £1,500 - £4,500 to a basic salary. Most positions offer various perks from, uniforms, Training (either in house or external training leading to qualifications) meals on duty. Live in is also offered with most positions which may be free or subsidised, located either onsite or nearby; Live in can also be valued at between £4000 and £6000. Bonuses will depend upon position and property and can vary from £2000 - £10000!
