If your desire is to develop your skills and knowledge as a wine waiter this is surely the opening you have been waiting for. As a Commis Sommelier you will be joining one of the U.K;s most innovative Michelin Starred dining operations. The Commis Sommelier will work alongside a highly talented brigade to deliver first class service to a very discerning clientele. A formal qualification from the WSET is preferable though not essential, as the Commis Sommelier will have the benefit and guidance of the Head Sommelier. As a Commis Sommelier you will be required to offer advise to restaurant guests and demonstrate an ability to pair food and wine

This positions also pays ‘tips' on top of your basic salary which is normally a minimum of £1,500 but could be a lot higher. There is also good staff accommodation on site with various benefits including meals on duty etc.

Tips / Perks / Live in / Bonus
Premier Cru will never mislead candidates with false salary promises and will clearly state minimum salaries that you could expect for the positions advertised. Most positions will also offer tips / tronc / service charge which can add between £1,500 - £4,500 to a basic salary.
