Conference & Banqueting Supervisor Northamptonshire £12,500 - £14,000 + Tips + Live In

Following substantial development this superb award winning country house hotel has enjoyed ever increasing popularity and, as a result, seek an organised , presentable, energetic candidate to support the existing Conference and Banqueting manager .The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a quality hotel environment and be able to demonstrate a thorough understanding of a first class Conferencing & Banqueting operation.

This positions also pays ‘tips' on top of your basic salary which is normally a minimum of £1,500 but could be a lot higher. There is also free/inclusive staff accommodation on site with various benefits including meals on duty etc.

Tips / Perks / Live in / Bonus
Premier Cru will never mislead candidates with false salary promises and will clearly state minimum salaries that you could expect for the positions advertised. Most positions will also offer tips / tronc / service charge which can add between £1,500 - £4,500 to a basic salary. Bonuses will depend upon position and property and can vary from £2000 - £10000!
