Chef de Rang Hertfordshire £14,000 - £15,000 + Tips + Live In

Chef de Rang required for one of the leading fine dining restaurants in the Hertfordshire. The restaurant has achieved multi rosette status and will continue its pursuit of the highest accolades. In order to fulfil these ambitions we seek an experienced chef de rang with experience at a mimimum 2 Rosette level to join the FOH team as a chef de rang. Though previous quality experience is essential a talented commis de rang would be considered. As a chef de rang you will have an uncompromising attention to detail and customer satisfaction.

This positions also pays ‘tips' on top of your basic salary which is normally a minimum of £1,500 but could be a lot higher. There is also free/inclusive staff accommodation on site with various benefits including meals on duty etc.

Tips / Perks / Live in / Bonus
