Restaurant Manager Cheshire £24,000 - £25,000 + Tips + Live In

Following an ambitious refurbishment programme our client has recently reopened their magnificent Country House Hotel nestling in the rolling Cheshire countryside and now seek an experienced Restaurant Manager. The successful candidate will have experience at a minimum 1 Rosette level as a Restaurant Manager. Though not essential the Restaurant Manager will preferably have a knowledge of wine. The property is part of a small elite group of luxury hotels, as Restaurant Manager an understanding of the luxury country house hotel market would be most beneficial and first class spoken English is essential

This positions also pays ‘tips' on top of your basic salary which is normally a minimum of £1500 but could be a lot higher with various benefits including meals on duty etc.

Tips / Perks / Live in / Bonus
