Restaurant Manager Bedfordshire £18,000 - £20,000 + Tips + Live In

Restaurant Manager required for a small country house hotel currently under a multi level refurbishment program designed to take the hotel to the top of its market within the next 2-3 years. Our Client is looking to attach 5 star hotel standards at 3 star hotel prices and is looking for a talented Restaurant Manager who is passionate and committed to making this a reality.

The Hotel has a popular 30 – 40 cover fine dining restaurant that is working towards 1 – 2 Rosette level and is also a popular wedding venue within the surrounding counties.

As Restaurant Manager Duties will include developing the fine dining restaurant service standards, building up the function trade with Weddings at the weekend and minor corporate throughout the week. There is a young and energetic team in place with varying degrees of capability simply looking for a leader. This Role has the possibility to develop into a food and beverage manager role within the next year for the right candidate!

This positions also pays ‘tips' on top of your basic salary which is normally a minimum of £1,500 but could be a lot higher. There is also free/inclusive staff accommodation on site with various benefits including meals on duty etc.

Tips / Perks / Live in / Bonus
Premier Cru will never mislead candidates with false salary promises and will clearly state minimum salaries that you could expect for the positions advertised. Most positions will also offer tips / tronc / service charge which can add between £1,500 - £4,500 to a basic salary. Most positions offer various perks from , uniforms, Training (either in house or external training leading to qualifications) meals on duty. Live in is also offered with most positions which may be free or subsidised, located either onsite or nearby; Live in can also be valued at between £4000 and £6000. Bonuses will depend upon position and property and can vary from £2000 - £10000!
