Deep within the Leicestershire hunting countryside this wonderful sporting estate and Country House Hotel: which has recently undergone an extensive refurbishment programme seeks to further strengthen its prestigious operation with the addition of an experienced , fully trained chef de rang.

To assist in the ambitious expansion plans for their award winning fine dining operation With these aspirations in mind aspirations the Chef de Rang should be able to demonstrate relevant experience at the highest level. Ideally, though not essentially the Chef de Rang will have worked within the luxury country house sector.

As Chef de Rang you will be conversant with wine service and knowledge of the subject. In keeping with the Red Star status of the hotel the Chef de Rang will have excellent English language skills.

This positions also pays ‘tips' on top of your basic salary which is normally a minimum of £1500 but could be a lot higher with various benefits including meals on duty etc.

Tips / Perks / Live in / Bonus
