Job Description

Agents, Sub-Agents and Deputy Quality Manager, Civils and Rail. Major new Rail and Civils station project starting in London. These are current requirements.

Requirements for a major Civils / Rail project that will improve London’s transport system in a substantial way:
• Deputy Quality manager to £35K
• Sub Agent
• Sub Agent – Night Manager (Bridges)
• STEP Sub Agent
• Sub Agent – Temp Bridges and Enabling Works
• Agent – Temporary Bridges and Enabling Works

The Sub-Agents position will pay £35,000 to £40,000 + package and the Agent’s post will attract £40,000 - £45,000 + package

Experience in working directly for recognised Civils Main Contractors, or substantial sub-contractors, on Rail or Civils projects on Platforms, heavy RC structures or embankments is ideal. You will preferably have a minimum of 5 to 7 years UK based experience on site on major projects to understand the Health & Safety procedures and QA/QC procedures associated with large scale schemes.

Employer. Main contractor with substantial ongoing and new projects, seeking to expand their directly employed UK workforce.

The Project. Initially involving demolition, moving on to excavation and piling, potentially some river or marine work, then large structures with associated temporary works and a retained façade, through to fit out of station to include escalators, lifts, ticket halls and finishes; whilst there will be considerable amounts of external works including some road diversions.
