Civil/structural Engineer – Design and construction of high rise apartments. Experience in high rise construction essential

Essentials:
You will be working for a Developer and therefore you must have high rise experience. You will undertake technical design reviews and value engineering. As a structural engineer you will have worked on an array of projects but the basis of which will be podium and tower.

The Project.
Project is a high rise residential development.

Senior Civil/Structural Engineer. You will have a background in commercial high rise developments. You will be experienced in managing structural steel and
reinforced concrete projects. Problem solving skills a must. Having worked on a number of similar projects and be capable of taking full charge of the project.

Qualifications. The Senior Structural Design Engineer will have a minimum of 8 years Post-Graduate experience, and will be Chartered or a Professional Engineer. Experience in construction and design of high rise buildings is essential.
