Job Description

Our client is looking for a Senior Contract Administrator to cover maternity leave and reporting to the Finance Admin Team Leader based mainly at Heathrow although maybe required to work from Gatwick or Stansted on a flexible basis.

The Role

To assist in the completion of the contract on time and to budget
Manage effectively site costs
Ensure the provision of administrative control and site costs data
Management of some finance administration personnel
Monitor SHE
Manage administration processes and systems
Periodic cost reporting
Payments to 3rd parties
Data gathering, recording, reporting and storage
Other duties as required

The successful candidate will

Be ambitious and driven
Have strong commercial and estimating acumen
Gained commercial experience preferably within a site based environment
Possess a minimum of 5 GCSE's or equivalent including Maths and English
Gained a NVQ3 in Business Administration (this is not essential)
