Job Description
Environmental Services covers a diverse range of services, from building, waste management and grounds maintenance to environmental health, sports and leisure and catering. Working at Assistant Director level, you will be joining a management team of a Director, three Assistant Directors and a Head of Finance and a Head of HR.
You will be expected to have a background in environmental services together with proven experience in change management and performance management. You will also be able to demonstrate your experience of preparation of business plans, budget management, working closely with Councillors on a routine basis.
