Job Description
An excellent opportunity has arisen working for our client, a Local Authority based in London. They are currently looking to recruit a Rent Arrears Officer on a temporary basis.
The duties will involve managing a portfolio of properties, advising on rent arrears and rent collection.
The successful candidate will need to have:
(1) Previously worked for a Local Authority or Housing Association
(2) Experience of issuing NTQs and NOSPs
(3) Attended Evictions
(4) Prepared reports and been in attendance for matters requiring legal action
