Job Description
Our Client is currently recruiting for a Project Officer for a their Housing programme. Ideally you will hold an HND in Building Studies or possess equivalent relevant experience.
Duties will include:
-Experience of managing improvement/maintenance contracts
-Experience of stock condition surveys
-Tenant consultation
-Excel, Access and Stock Data Systems
