Job Description
A well respected local authority in London is looking for an experienced Housing Officer to be responsible for a portfolio of properties, dealing with tenancy related issues and rent arrears.
You will be responsible for dealing with the lettings of properties, inspecting void properties, tenancy audits, estate valuations and dealing with tenant queries on a daily basis.
You will be required to have a background in social housing with experience of rent arrears and have good email and Microsoft system skills.
