Job Description
We are currently working on behalf of a London Borough to recruit a Project Manager on an ongoing basis (at least 3 months). You will be working alongside the Principal Asset Manager to develop the Borough’s new initiative to create new affordable housing within existing but underutilised buildings and spaces.
The successful applicant will be managing the process from inception to completion, including everything from initial resident consultations to producing publicity material/ reports and making site visits.
An experienced project manager is required, ideally with a background in affordable housing.
