Construction Manager – Building
Contract – Up to £29/hr (depending on experience)
Location – London

Our client requires a construction manager to work on one of the largest projects currently underway in London. The project has a strong focus on building with elements of heavy civils, rail, fit-out and M & E. Our client, a ‘blue chip' UK main contractor requires someone who has major building experience to lead a team whose strengths lie in the elements of the project.

The ideal candidate will be capable managing a team and dealing with sub-contractors. The candidate will be required to coordinate and programme all building works whilst providing solutions with regards to construction methodology and constructability issues. The candidate should be commercially and technically sound, reporting directly to the project manager.

Our client is looking for a candidate to fill this position ASAP to allow a handover from the current person in the role. Initially the contract is looking to run until March or April, but there is the possibility of ongoing work.
