Well known local pub being transformed into an incredible place for all.

We are looking for a strong Assistant Manager with experience of working in quality establishments.

You will have excellent standards and high product knowledge is essential. Also must have great training skills. You will work well under pressure and think outside the box. You are a people person and can manage our team to deliver a first class customer experience. You will be a reliable, intelligent and hard working right hand to our manager.
Above all we are looking for someone who is fun, enthusiastic, outgoing, driven, who is a real foodie like us, and wants to be part of something really special.
Salary is negotiable and start date is early January 2009.
