My client provides clear and objective expert analysis in the management, resolution and avoidance of disputes in the construction, engineering and manufacturing industries.

They are seeing expansion and are looking to grow their team in South East Asia -Laos, and are looking for a Contract Administrator / Claims Manager.

You will be responsible for contract administrator between the main contractor & sub contractors, contract interpretation and review, defend incoming and outgoing claims, review / prepare contractual correspondence and support project management in negotiation meetings and to prepare major construction claims up to arbitration.

The ideal candidate will have a wealth of experience in a similar position, have experience in the fields of contract management / claim management, have a professional background in heavy civils and quantity surveying with appropriate qualifications & ideally would have worked on large infrastructure projects.
