The breathtaking Lake District is right on the doorstep, and busy Penrith is just 15 miles away – the best of both worlds! Our elegant 98 bedroom hotel caters for weddings, functions, conferences and banqueting as well as being an extremely popular destination for tourists and those wishing to explore the local area.
New Year = New Start. We are currently recruiting for a well organised, customer focused RECEPTIONIST to start in January.
Duties will include welcoming guests, check in and out, dealing with guest queries and taking telephone reservations.
The successful candidate must have an excellent telephone manner, fluent English, and above all welcome and assist our valued guests with a friendly smile.
We consider this to be a very important part of our business and therefore you must be of smart appearance, friendly, courteous and realise that a receptionist is the voice and face of the business.
