Claims Manager - Power Stations Piping - Germany!
Working for a well known Dispute & Management Services, are seeing growth and are looking to strengthen their team in Germany. Looking for a Claims Manager to work on two piping projects which have a number of commercial difficulties which are already crystallizing.
Your duties will include:
- Being responsible for contract administrator between the main contractor and sub contractors.
- Contract interpretation and review.
- Preparation and management of claims.
- Defend incoming claims and prepare outgoing claims.
The ideal candidate will have a wealth of post qualification experience, must have experience of power station piping projects and have experience of working as a Claims Manager on live process and power generation projects.
