The Company is an international consultancy providing a comprehensive range of integrated planning, management, engineering and environmental services in the built and natural environments throughout the world.

They have two exciting roles available to join our London Rail Team,

A Senior Engineer & Principal Engineer will be working on some exciting projects, including London Underground Station modernisation / refurbishment, London Underground Infrastructure Projects for London, and Crossrail.

For both positions you will carry out surveys and reports, detailed design and specifications of mechanical engineering services systems. The role requires you to represent the company at client and design team meetings.

As a Senior Engineer you will be expected to integrate and co-ordinate designs with other members of the professional team, leading junior team members in the production of fully co-ordinated designs.

As a Principal Engineer, it is expected that you will lead and influence the design philosophy and decisions, manage design teams and be active in the winning of new business and the maintenance of high design standards

You will need to have a solid engineering consultancy background with proven experience in a senior consultancy position. You must be fully competent in electrical engineering, qualified to BEng/HNC leading to Chartered Status for Senior Engineer and having chartered status for the Principal Engineer level.

For both positions you will be expected to be an excellent team player but able to work independently or with minimal supervision. As the roles are client facing it is essential that you have excellent communication skills. Knowledge and experience of the London Underground Station design, Network Rail standards and assurance processes would be an advantage.
