Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a well-established local authority in the Hampshire area, within their Property and Facilities Management team.
You will be supervising two building surveyors who deliver the planned and reactive maintenance programmes for the Council’s property portfolio.
A RICS qualification is desirable, otherwise previous supervisory experience and a comprehensive work history will be considered. Please apply now- interviews to be arranged asap.
