Job Description

A leading maintenance company is looking for a BMS Supervisor to join one of their critical banking site teams based in London.

You will need to work on your own initiative and also part of an integral team carrying out BMS maintenance to all equipment on this contract. This will include, but is not limited to:
- Daily routine checks consist of plant, BMS alarms and network checks.

- Weekly checks include alarm database backups.

- Complete daily Helpdesk reactive jobs, PPM's and fault finding.

- Liaising and supervising the BMS controls company site based engineers.

You will need to be very experienced in operating Trend, Siemens, Johnsons and TAC BMS computer systems and will be expected to deal with the maintenance and repair of the various control systems on a “hands on” basis.

Other duties include being responsible for the comfort cooling of all of the office floors, including environmental monitoring, so be proactive in reporting faults to equipment, buildings and fittings.

This is a critical environment site and we ask that you have experience in a similar capacity.
