Assistant Restaurant Manager Hertfordshire £18,000 + Tips + Live In

As one of the U.K's leading gastronomic retreats and sporting estates our client seeks to strengthen the existing restaurant management team . The position is within the club house restaurant and, although the atmosphere is informal, attention to the very highest service levels remains important, as such you must have gained experience to a minimum 2 Rosette standard within a luxury hotel environment.

This positions also pays ‘tips' on top of your basic salary which is normally a minimum of £1500 but could be a lot higher. There is also good staff accommodation close by with various benefits including meals on duty etc.

Tips / Perks / Live in / Bonus
