The ideal candidate will possess have had relevant first class experience preferably, though not essentially , within another Michelin starred property. This positions also pays ‘tips' on top of your basic salary which is normally a minimum of £1500 but could be a lot higher. There is also good staff accommodation close by with various benefits including meals on duty etc.

Tips / Perks / Live in / Bonus
