As part of one of the U.K's most ambitious quality driven hotel groups the opportunity has arisen for an uncompromising service orientated chef de rang to join the existing brigade. Previous experience to a minimum two rosette standard is required.The property has realistic aspirations to gain Michelin starred status, the successful candidate will share in this ambition.

This positions also pays ‘tips' on top of your basic salary which is normally a minimum of £1500 but could be a lot higher. There is also good staff accommodation close by with various benefits including meals on duty etc.

Tips / Perks / Live in / Bonus
