Civil Sub Agent

£44k + Benefits

The Civil Sub Agent will report to the Agent and Project Manager and will oversee the day to day running of the site. This role requires someone who will be confident enough to deal with issues straight away and act in a timely manor. The Sub Agent will be writing, interpreting and reviewing MS's, RA's and all other required paperwork. The Civil Sub Agent must have excellent communication skills as the position will include liaising with senior management and the client.

Role Description

The Civil Sub Agent will be responsible for the management of civil work, including;
•Airport Services (Fuel mains, fire mains, drainage, communications, lighting etc)
•Taxiway / Pavement
•Heavy civil infrastructure
•Groundwork's

Required Experience
•HNC or HND in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
•Experience in earthworks and RC structures
•Airport Stand and Taxiway experience a definite advantage
•Other heavy civil engineering background would be considered.

Benefits Package
£35,000 - £44,000 + car or allowance + pension depending on experience
