Job Description
Our client, a South East London borough, is looking for a MRICS qualified general practice surveyor to handle their estate for the next 3 months.
Attention to detail is essential, as the successful individual will be expected to attend regular briefings as well as liaise with tenants and other professional advisors.
This role will involve property management, rent reviews, lease renewals, valuation, disposals, rating and lettings. Previous local authority experience is preferred with access to a car.
