HOUSEKEEPING STAFF
We are recruiting housekeeping staff who are responsible, reliable, energetic and capable of cleaning rooms to a high standard. Candidates need to understand the importance of well-presented rooms and how simple, small touches can make a difference to a customer’s stay.

KITCHEN PORTER
We are currently recruiting a kitchen porter to join our friendly team. The ideal candidate will be flexible, motivated and hard working. As an award winning hotel and restaurant we aim to maintain our high standards, therefore it is vital that the applicant realises the importance of order, cleanliness and hygiene. Daily duties will involve basic food preparation, pot washing & generally keeping the kitchen clean & tidy.

We apply the same level of personal attention and respect to our staff as our guests, and therefore offer a competitive salary package, staff accommodation in one of our 6 cottages, meals on and off duty, uniforms, Sky T.V., washing machine, fully equipped kitchen.

Location
Our location is very rural, 2 hours from Edinburgh, so to make travelling a little easier we offer the use of staff cars, as well as mountain bikes and boats. On the social side, we also organise good, fun staff days out.
