An International Architectural practice based in the West End of London are looking to appoint a Senior Workplace Consultant.

The practice are an International brand with offices throughout the world. They work in the commercial, residential, retail, mixed use, healthcare and interiors sectors as well as having an established workplace consultancy sector.

This sector is very busy and as such, they are looking to appoint a senior member to their team. The team consults to large multinational companies including Blue-chip firms on aligning organisations' business strategies with their people, real estate, facilities, workplaces and information systems. They pride themselves on being a market leader in this and in achieving their clients' objectives and giving them their competitive edge.

The role will include a lot of networking and business development as well as delivering the projects and briefs to the internal project teams, whilst overseeing their execution. The role is open to a Senior Consultant and above and will cover a range of sectors including financial, aviation, commercial, government and MOD.
You will have a proven track record in a similar position with a leading practice. You will be able to demonstrate a great understanding of the consultancy market and be able to showcase your business development skills. You will need the ability to work in a team environment whilst taking a leading role.

You will be degree qualified (eg. Architecture, Interiors, Engineering, Planning etc.) have experience in a similar position and be an enthusiastic team leader.
