Job Description

A minimum of 2-3 years at management level, managing a Dom Care environment
Demonstrable strong and robust management skills
To have or working towards their RMA
Sound knowledge of the NMS and legislative changes and CSCI/GSCC/Skills for Care
Some knowledge of tendering processes and procurement within Social Services
Knowledge of working with children
Some knowledge of CM2000
Clean CRB

We currently manage over 2000 care hours per week (mixture of spot and block contracts and direct payments). We have an average of 80+ care workers and 7 office based staff. The role will also include on-call and back-up on a rota basis, business development, management presentations at our head office, maintaining weekly/monthly and quarterly KPI's and weekly in-depth figures. I have a very diverse team working at Barnet and therefore, someone who has a strong personality is essential. Business Development and maintaining good relationships with Local Authorities / procurement departments and good business acumen is also essential.
I am looking for someone to start urgently and willing to pay around the £30K.
