Job Description
An exciting opportunity has come about to work on some very prestigious projects in the Middle East. This well known Design, Infrastructure & Project Management services are looking for a number of Senior Quantity Surveyors across the Middle East on various mixed development projects.
Senior Quantity Surveyors are required in each of its regional offices to lead QS Services and be part of Project Management teams on large scale building projects. Preference will be given to qualified candidates who can demonstrate experience in the following:
Pre-Construction Services:
• Supervising QS teams preparing BQ's;
• Preparation of Cost Plans
• Value Engineering
• Preparation of budget and cost estimates, to include complete building works, MEP and Infrastructure;
• Recommend procurement method for project, and adapt FIDIC conditions to suit tender documents
Post-Contract QS's
• Post contract administration, site-based, under FIDIC contract form
Quantity Surveyors
The ideal candidates will be degree qualified & RICS chartered. You will have had exposure with UK Cost Consultants (PQS Firms), ideally worked on iconic developments. Fluency in the english language is curical, must have excellent communication skills & posses a confident personality.
