Project Planner: A Global leader in Construction is looking for an experienced Project Planner to join their North London office. Operating across a variety of sectors, the vacancy for a Project planner exists in their expanding Education projects team. This is a fantastic chance to establish yourself and then develop as their market presence continues to grow in this recession proof area of construction.

The successful project planner will provide assistance (and report to) to the Regional Planner and Contracts Manager.

You will undertake the full planning role on site based projects including the production of detailed Construction Programmes, Design Programmes, Procurement Programmes, Subcontractor Package Programmes, Short Term Programmes and Recovery Programmes.

You will also be expected to monitoring project progress both on and off site, and produce internal and external progress reports.

The production of site logistics layouts including site logistic planning, traffic management and materials handling will also be a part of your role, in addition to producing scaffolding schedules, and crane requirements including utilisation exercises.

Stepping into this senior position, you will be expected to mentor planners, intermediate and junior planners, and attend interviews with clients.
