Job Description

Reporting to the Director of Asset Management , you will be responsible for the leading on all aspects of the development and procurement of an East London Homes Association.
Key responsibilities will include;
• Managing a project team responsible for assembly and procurement of the decent homes programme
• To appoint and manage any specialist consultant support required
• To develop and deliver strategies that demonstrate value for money and efficiency
• To conclude negotiations with external agencies over the level of additional funding that will be made available
We are looking for someone with an extensive background in;
- Financial and contract management, procurement, and managing resources effectively
- Working at a senior level with directors and board members
- Making fund bids to government agencies
- Managing large budgets
